Are you still open?
Yes, we are dispatching orders within 1-3 working days (unless stated otherwise). 
How long is delivery?
Our delivery time frame is usually within 1-3 weeks to the USA however delays are likely during this time and can be up to a month for delivery.
Where is my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details to your email. Please check the tracking information for details on where your parcel is, you can sign up for updates on the USPS website. (Check your spam/junk mail if you can not find the email)
Why hasn't the tracking updated in a while?
While the parcel is in transit overseas the tracking will not update until it reaches the next destination. At some stages the parcel may not be scanned by accident and therefore the tracking will not update. Due to the coronavirus, some parcels may take longer to pass through customs (can be up to 30 days). Please have patience during this time and allow extra time for the tracking to update. Unfortunately, we can NOT give anymore information than what the tracking provides. For more information the best place to contact would be your local USPS post office or via the USPS website.
